When "My So Called Life" first aired I was utterly smitten... by edgy good girl, Angela; bad boy, Jordan; and the first openly gay teenager on a television series I had ever seen, Rickie. My friends and I gathered together every week to watch all 19 episodes and then talked endlessly about our predictions for the next installment. If Claire Danes had never acted again she would still have gone down in history as playing the great lead on one of my favorite shows of all time. Strangely, she still has yet to out-do her star making debut but her new series, "Homeland" has been getting lots of good press. Also, this image is barley touched... she really is this pretty. Some girls have all the luck!
